Beryl Bartkus for Lowell City Council

I have a heart for the people of Lowell and our city. I believe our future is bright, but it takes good planning, teamwork and smart ideas to continue our growth. My business Ability Weavers is now in its tenth year of training and employing weavers, including those with special needs. This effort has taught me that the Lowell area has incredible people and businesses that need dedicated hard-working leadersdirecting the future of our city.
